Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on most orders over $250.00 A flat rate $9.99 may apply on all other orders. Most of our products ship within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders submitted online are processed immediately with many items shipping the same day. As a result, cancellation request may not be able to be honored and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise and request a return.  We ship via most major carriers, to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous U.S.. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot take international orders.

Any lost items or shipping issues - We will try to work with carriers to help locate lost items and may replace them, at our discretion. Please understand some shipping issues are out of our control and cant be guaranteed to be replaced.
